Have you ever performed in front of people ?

What do you feel?

appearing in public and seen by many people, makes a person nervous , and that he felt want to end it or go backward ...

feeling nervous is not only experienced by those who first perform an activity or event. but also experienced professionals in out there . but, what makes them different from the beginner is level confident in themselves. if the beginners the confidence they are still few, and the rest of their bodies are dominated by feelings of nervousness . but for professionals , they have been able to control their nervous , although a definite nervousness can not be eliminated 100 % ... which makes the self-confidence they exceed their nervousness .

CHANGE OF MIND WITH POSITIVE THOUGHTS





negative thoughts sometimes come drop ..
such as "I will perfrom in front of more one hundred people, if I could?"
The statement can drop you and make you not want to appear, and preferred to go ..
but the mind can be replaced by "I will be performing in front of hundreds of spectators, they must support and encourage me"

ATTITUDE DETERMINING

then smile . If you do these two things , then you will feel more comfortable and confident .
 



WALK TO DESTINATION .
